Buying and renting in Cyprus

IPN helped the clients negotiate the best price possible for a 2 bedroom under construction property in a gated complex with facilities such as pools, BBQ area, tennis court etc. Once the client was notified about the date of completion, IPN offered advice on the correct furniture package for the units whilst also conducting a final inspection of the unit and provided a list of issues to the developer to fix before final signatures and payments.

IPN also helped the clients identify the right lawyer to feel secure & oversee the transaction.

The unit is now rented long-term & the property has experienced a steady appreciation YOY since purchase.

IPN helped the client negotiate for 2 units in a small building compromising of 10 units. The apartments are located in the upcoming area around the Casino and were purchased in early 2018. IPN helped negotiate all elements of the deal, including taking delivery of the units on behalf of the client. After the properties have been completed, their management was taken on by our sister company PPM Cyprus. PPM helped source and install the furniture and electrical appliances of the units. Over the years both IPN and PPM have helped rent and manage the apartments to continue to maximise returns for the owner.

IPN helped the client identify and purchase the apartment located in a very central area of Limassol. The apartment was renovated and is now managed by PPM Cyprus (IPN’s separate management company) and is currently rented short-term via Airbnb.

IPN helped the client identify an appropriate piece of land within the client's budget. IPN helped the client quickly come to market by helping identify the right stakeholders (architects, accountants, legal team etc) to bring the project to life.

The client was after a unique under-construction property that they could finish how they wanted for personal use. The main requirement was for the client to have a large walk-in wardrobe, be completely detached & located in close proximity to the city centre. IPN took the time over several months to show different projects before finally finding the client their dream home. IPN then helped the client appoint the right legal representatives and has helped advise the client through the construction of the property whenever needed.
