Our mission

To provide an unrivalled experience in every element related to real estate.

IPN was founded on the belief that buying and selling property in Cyprus should be simple.

A property expert, and a true entrepreneur at heart, Vasos Kolonas founded IPN back in 2016 after seeing a demand for simpler and easier real estate solutions in Cyprus.


Vasos is usually found in discussions with strategic investors/associates or showing clients properties in his beloved mountain areas of Cyprus. 


Vasos holds an HND degree in Engineering as well as an MBA in Tourism Development and has previously run successful businesses in the Travel and Tourism sector.

Anastasija is a branding and marketing enthusiast. 


Anastasija focuses on driving IPN’s brand awareness and lead generation through the use of powerful imagery and storytelling whilst also implementing traditional and digital marketing strategies.


Anastasija holds an MSc in International Marketing from Manchester University and has experience in working with large international developers and running a Property Management company.

George has always been involved with International Businesses in Cyprus and more recently has gotten involved in the Real Estate market.


When George is not with clients you will find him connecting and growing the company’s database of available property in the Larnaca and Famagusta regions. George forms part of the team at Moneyhill Properties. 


George’s previous experience includes working for some of the largest international brands by bringing them to market in Cyprus.
